Non-ansorbant
These towels are useless! After using it to dry my hair my hair was still dripping wet. These are so cheaply made that Macy’s should be ashamed to sell them!

Super soft!
These towels are amazing! They’re super soft and have good absorbency to dry you off after a shower or bath. The fabric feels top-notch. I love the aqua color as well. It looks appealing in my home. You get 2 bath towels, 2 hand, and 2 wash cloth. The perfect towel set. I highly recommend!

Love it!
I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion. I love the product and quality. The towel is soft and comfy. The size is big. Wash up very well. Nice color. The price is affordable. I would recommend this product to my family and friends.

Super soft
These towels were so soft which I really liked however I did not like that they did not dry very well. The sizes varied from body towel to hand towel and the packaging was simple.

Super soft and luxurious
These towels are well made, super soft and luxurious! Definitely the softest towels I’ve ever had for our home. This set came well packaged, and the beautiful aqua color compliments my bathroom decor nicely. These are excellent!

Poor Quality
I ordered the 6 piece set in charcoal. The set that came was white. In speaking with a customer rep, I explained the problem and told her I would send the towel set back. She was supposed to arrange an exchange but did not. I made another order for the charcoal set. The set came in a sealed plastic bag which I opened and placed the towels in the washing machine, following the instruction to wash before using. When they came out of the dryer and I was folding them, I discovered that each piece had flaws: loose threads, poor machining, unusual texture, areas with no thread loops. I would have returned the set if I had not discovered the flaws before washing. These were a waste of money. I will never purchase this brand again. I will not even put the towels out when we are expecting company. The towels may end up being "car towels."
Response from Macy's
Dear Karen, Thank you for your feedback regarding the 510 Design Aegean 100% Turkish Cotton 6 Piece Towel Set. We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered. The issues you've described with loose threads and missing loops might be due to the handling or washing methods. To help prevent such problems, we recommend washing these towels on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and avoiding harsh chemicals or bleach. Additionally, washing the towels separately can prevent excessive stress on the threads. We will take your feedback to review our quality control processes and ensure that such issues are thoroughly addressed and prevented in the future.
Super soft
These towels are super soft and very absorbant. I would say the quality is slightly above average. Mu one complaint is that they seem to take a really long time to dry, which is only annoying when it comes to the hand towels.

Mediocre quality
I have not yet washed these, but they appear thin, not fluffy. Don’t expect great absorbency.
