Horrible

First time my wife wore her bracelet for a big birthday party it snapped in half. Such a cheap piece of jewelry and I spent so much money on it. I hope I can get it replaced or money back.

Stunning

At first glance I thought the necklace and bracelet would suffice for the navy gown I planned to wear it with. Last night at the formal event I attended, my necklace stood out in the light and was quickly noticed by so many people. Even strangers approached me to comment on how stunning the necklace was. Navy is a color I wear often for formal occasions and this necklace and bracelet set is all I need. It hangs at a perfect length for an off the shoulder gown but I realized the necklace and bracelet can be clasped together giving me 2 options, 18 inch and 24 inch necklace. I couldn’t be happier about my purchase.

Biggest regret

I am very disappointed in the manner in which my order was handled both by Macy’s and this seller. This necklace was the top of my list that I have been waiting to get during the sales period . I placed the order for this item and I did not receive the shipping confirmation after few days . I was very excited knowing it was going to be delivered that morning upon tracking , to my greatest surprise I waited the whole day and later found out that my order was refused. Right away I contacted the Macy’s online purchase customer support, they confirmed that it was shipped to a different address. The other items that were included in this order arrived safely. I was so patient because things do happen and so contacted them for the second time to tell them to resend the item and they assured me that they will Bt I never receive the item.
