What is Macy's Wine Shop?

Macy's Wine Shop is a new way for Macy's customers to purchase wine! Macy’s Wine Shop expands the way Macy’s customers can purchase wine and is no longer exclusively a subscription program! The Wine Shop will enable customers to shop for wine by the bottle, with expertly curated packs, and a quarterly club offering.

Macy’s Wine Cellar program was discontinued April 27, 2021.

Can I earn Star Rewards on my purchase?

Macy's Wine Shop is operated in conjunction with DRINKS, which operates a network of licensed wine retailers who sell the wines. Macy's Wine Shop is independent of Macy's, so Macy's loyalty points are not part of the Macy's Wine Shop experience.

Yes! Someone 21 or older MUST be available to sign for the shipment.

No. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

No. We can only ship within the continental United States.

Once the package leaves the warehouse, tracking information will be sent to you via email.

The carrier will attempt delivery three times over 3 business days. After that, contact the carrier to make arrangements for pick-up at their facility, or to re-schedule delivery.

Contact the carrier to have the package redirected to an address where an adult over 21 can sign for the shipment or have the carrier hold the package at a carrier facility for pick-up. It will be available for pick-up for 5 days after the third delivery attempt.
