Defective/damaged
Iron got delivered today, very poorly packaged. The original box literally ripped, very dissatisfied, the iron shows signs of usage prior to be delivered , fourth time in 40 days that I’m trying to get a decent iron, no one has been able to help me on line or at the store

Not made in Germany.
The model advertised had “Made in Germany “, but the one I was sent was made in Indonesia. So far, I am pleased with it, but really wanted the model made in Germany, so that was a disappointment.
Used and damaged
I had to return it the same day it arrived because the box and the iron were damaged. I reordered it, so I hope it doesn't arrive damaged this time. I wanted to upload the photos, but it doesn't give me the option to do so.

Too loud!
This iron can’t be new. The paper that it was wrapped with was shredded. It makes a loud gurgling sound! It glides smooth on the clothes. But I don’t trust to keep this one. I will trade for a “brand new one”.
Rowenta Pro Iron
Iron is a bit heavy but it gets hard to press linen and cotton looking fresh and crisp.

Delivered used item
I suppose to get brand new item I ordered, but the item seems to be used , someone returned it to Macy’s and they shipped it to me box broken, it not packed as brand new , look like old item
