I'm still in the beginning

I'm still in the beginning phase of using this product that's why I'm giving it a 3 star rating. What I can say is that the recommendation serving scoop was too much for my gut, I had to cut back. Since then I've been slowly adding a little more. What I really like about this product is that it completely dissolved in my OJ 😁

I decided to go with

I decided to go with MegaFood for my creatine supplement since I already use their foundational vitamins and trust the brand. I recently started a kettlebell training routine, and wanted a reliable product to support my performance and recovery. So far, things have been going well — no side effects, and everything seems to be working smoothly. It’s still early, so I’ll hold off on giving a full review for now. I really love this product.

I really love this product. I mix it in with my protein shakes and it disolves well. I have noticed an improvement in my sleep and my workouts since I have started taking this. This will be my go to creatine from now on!
