Very Disappointed – Cups Look Completely Different

I originally bought two of these cups and absolutely loved them. They looked exactly like the photos on the website, so I decided to order four more of the same ones. Unfortunately, the four cups I received look completely different in both colour and finish. I was very disappointed when I opened the package. They honestly look as if they might be defective items that were put on sale. The colour is listed as “Beige” on the website, but the label on the cups says “Sand,” and the actual colour is much more yellow. They also don’t have the beautiful colour variations and transitions shown in the website photos and present on the two cups from my first order. Sadly, these four cups don’t match my original two at all, even though I ordered what was supposed to be the same product and colour. I’m very disappointed, as I specifically ordered four more because I loved the first two so much and wanted a matching set.
