Womens Mesh Block Heels

I bought the taupe color and looks beautiful. The size seems to run a little bigger than other shoes. I bought a 9M but may need to change it for an 8.5M because it feels a little loose.

Wrong size. Directed to Return to Manufacturer

I received the shoes promptly yesterday, then returned them today, because the box indicated it was size 6.5, but the shoes in it were labeled size 5 and were in fact size 5. Usually, I am directed to return to Macy’s, but in this case, was advised my only option was to return to the manufacturer and wait two weeks for processing. Was not given the option to return for an exchange of the correctly ordered size.
